I am still staying here. But, it's been brilliant so far...staff extremely helpful and the breakfast does it's job...fills you for the day ahead. Have not had an evening meal yet but, see no reason why it shouldn't be up to the standard of this establishment. Ty.

How this is rated 3 star on Google is beyond me. This place deserves a 5 star rating! Amazing rooms. So clean! The mini kitchen had everything! Cutlery, pots, pans, toaster, oven, dishwasher!, stove. You can easily stay weeks here.
We stayed 3 nights and did not want to leave!
Breakfast was more than enough. Warm dishes and cold dishes with great variety.
We visited St andrews which was nearby and went up to Slains Castle from here.
Restaurants and pubs around the area can get booked out and don't accept walk ins.
The hotel has its own bar, so we invited friends over for a nice more chill environment.
Parking is available in the courtyard (13.50 overnight) if its full there is a pay and display parking so so close to the hotel.
Staff are friendly! We will be back!

Hard to mark hotel suites down in anyway nor staff sadly as an ex chef from a 4 star hotel been served over well ill rephrase that
The haddock itself was OK but overcooked by 2 mins sorry but it was grapefruit batter sorry just dosnt work for me plus it was burnt chips I take were air fried dry I ate 2 only peas fine black over cooked half lemon on the plate and at 18 pond to me I manged 5 bits of fish 2 chips few peas the batter I wouldn't feed local rats again sorry as the rest of the establishment was worth every penny and more

Perfectly situated hotel and suites. A few minutes walk to Dundee centre. Buses front and back. Staff are friendly and very helpful, couldn't fault them at all. Food was fantastic and service excellent. The suite was clean and warm. We had everything we needed and the bed was extremely comfy. Would definitely recommend this place and we would love to return.

Great hotel, we loved our overnight stay in one of the suites. We got a free room upgrade, staff were great, hotel has been converted beautifully. Our suite had a fantastic small kitchen, small living room area, separate bedroom with bathroom. Bed was so comfy, pillows were the comfiest i have ever had! Would of happily spent our full trip in the room. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice. Really handy location, short walk into town. Would definitely stay again, looking for excuses to go back to Dundee just so we can stay here!!

A lot of hotels do the bare minimum, Staybridge suites does more than expected. The individuals who run the hotel and work in it should take pride in it.
The rooms are clean and modern, bathrooms are incredible, staff is friendly and helpful. During our visit the housekeeping staff helped us with a mess (of our own causing) on short notice.
The breakfast has plenty of options. I even overheard the kitchen staff helping a guest with dietary restrictions.
Staybridge Suites could reasonably be 2x or 3x more expensive. For the price, it is easily the best hotel I’ve stayed at.

Luxurious accomodation pretty much in the center of Dundee. From there everything is within walking distnace. Nice staff, good breakfast. Everything you need. :)

Best Hotel in the area. Great suits and rooms in the centre of Dundee. Parking can sometimes be a challenge but parking nearby. Love this hotel

First off, picked this hotel for breakfast and parking. Parking is kind of a joke. Onsite is limited spaces and £14 per night. There is a public lot super close, free from 6pm to 8am and you buy a ticket for time. So bought a ticket for £3 pound that covered me from 5:30pm to 10am the next day. Ok parking aside the hotel is amazing. The rooms are modern, spacious and well appointed. Real appliances in kitchenette. Nice bathroom with huge walk in shower. Very comfortable bed. Clean. Breakfast is combo or hot and cold Buffett and made to order. Very good. Location meh. But for our purposes a great hotel

This place was brilliant and value for money. The only issue is parking but you can find spaces on the streets or little carpark nearby… just remember to pay for parking to cover the morning!

Recently stayed here on a work trip for a conference at Abertay University. Had a lovely room up on the 5th floor with views out over the city and River Tay. Lots of character and original features of the old mill have been restored. Room was lovely and clean and had a kitchen which would be useful for longer stays. Breakfast was free and very nice. Location is only a 10 minute walk to the main shopping area.

Lovely modern hotel. I'm assuming it's either a newish hotel or a hotel that was just recently renovated because it looked great.
The room was really large with huge vaulted ceilings.
Breakfast the next morning had lots of choices and the most delicious croissants.
Parking is a bit of a challenge as there are hardly any parking spots.
